1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on bg11, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the bg11 platform (accessible at bg11.io and any associated mobile interface), you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in full. Your continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and bg11. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional material, these Terms shall prevail.

3 Account Registration and Verification

bg11 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. As part of KYC, you may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months and showing your registered address in Bangladesh.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible.
• All active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before a withdrawal request will be processed.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

By placing a bet or participating in any game on bg11, you agree to the specific rules governing that product. General rules applicable to all products on the bg11 platform are as follows:

• Bet placement: A bet is considered accepted and binding only when you receive a confirmed acceptance notification from the bg11 system. Bets that are placed but not confirmed — for example, due to a connectivity issue — are not valid.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game and betting market has defined minimum and maximum stake limits. These are displayed clearly within the game interface or betting lobby at the time of placing a bet.

Results will be settled according to the official match result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., BCB, ICC, BCCI).

6 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

bg11 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, and to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this section, the promotion-specific term prevails for that promotion only.

• Wagering requirement: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated in the offer terms (e.g., "30x bonus amount").

7 Prohibited Conduct and Fraud Prevention

bg11 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform, harms other players, or constitutes fraud or criminal activity. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Multiple accounts: Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or using the details of another person, for the purpose of obtaining bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including sharing hole cards in poker, deliberately losing to benefit an associate, or coordinating bets in live casino games.

8 Intellectual Property Rights
